Our story
At Odulair, we think like clinicians and scientists, because we are. Our founder graduated from the Medical College of Georgia before spending over 25 years in the medical device industry developing Class II FDA Cleared medical devices for the likes of Siemens, Intuitive Surgical, Acuson and more.
In February 2019, Odulair is delivering the world’s first USP 800 & USP 797 code compliant Mobile Pharmacy Trailer to a forward thinking client who purchased in plenty of time to be up and running long before the deadline. Simultaneously, Odulair is building a eet of rental Mobile Pharmacy Trailers in anticipation of hospitals not being able to meet the deadline. However, the rental eet is limited so if you believe you will need to rent, place your reservation early. If nothing is available for rental and Odulair is required to build an additional Trailer for your rental, it could take as long as six months depending on the lead time for Trailer components. Each of the Odulair Mobile Pharmacy Trailer rentals follows the same design and speci cations outlined here to GUARANTEE USP 800 building code compliance.

The USP 800 standards were developed by the United States Pharmacopeia and created to protect pharmacists and technicians who deal with compounding Hazardous Drugs. it was first published in 9/29/2019, and later becoming official on 7/1/2018. USP 800 is specific standard for compounding Hazardous Drugs, while the USP 797 is specialized for Non-Hazardous Drugs. USP 800 guidelines and standards can vary by State. The United States Pharmacopeia (USP) published standards in 2016 to protect workers who handle hazardous drugs. The requirements go into effect in December 2019.
The changes reflected in the USP regulations follow more than three decades of research in the safety the pharmacy and healthcare workers.

At Odulair, we understand the meaning of STERILE and HAZARDOUS. We started our business in 2003 building Mobile Surgery Units. Each one required a combination of very large positive pressure and negative pressure rooms with 20+ air exchanges per hour (ACPH). In over 15 years of use, we have had zero failures.
In 2013, our West African clients asked Odulair to develop a patient biocontainment unit to protect the medical staff from highly contagious Ebola patients. We did, and the achievement was highlighted in The Economist magazine. Odulair was been awarded a U.S. patent for the unique design and its safeguards.
Odulair is well known for its History of Innovation. Odulair has delivered the world’s first projects of its kind, including mobile and modular units for USP 800 Sterile Hazardous Drug Compounding, Dialysis Trailers, Ebola Patient Isolation, 100% Solar Powered Mobile Clinic, and the two World’s Largest Mobile Dental Clinics.
After multiple terminal illnesses and deaths, the Veterans Administration made signi cant changes to the sterility requirements for their Sterile Processing Service (SPS) departments. In 2017, Odulair delivered the VA system’s rst, and to date only, SPS meeting the stringent new VA building codes.
